Pete the Cat loves bananas but he gets a bad one and refuses to eat any more until the day of his big marathon race. He then learns to love them again. I enjoy Pete the Cat. He is funny. He knows what he likes and will not accept anything less. He has to relearn to trust again.

Pete is playing baseball and playing the best he can. He runs, he hits, he catches (kinda). He roots with the best. A fun story for the beginning reader. Pete just tickles me. He is so nonchalant about things. I love him.

Snow Days for Pete the Cat and his siblings and friends but after a few days they are more than ready to go back to school. I did not realize that Pete the Cat was available as an I Can Read book. I enjoyed the story. It is perfect for my young nephew. I look forward to more in the I Can Read s...

For more reviews, check out my blog: Craft-CycleSadly, this series just isn't what it used to be. This one was good overall in comparison to some of the other newer books in the series Pete the Cat and the Missing Cupcakes. The rhyming was nice, but it just didn't have a good flow like some of the earlier books. The story itself was a b...

For more reviews, check out my blog: Craft-CycleI'm actually not super into Pete the Cat, but I work with a kid who likes the new show as well as dinosaurs so I figured this one would be worth picking up.While not as "groovy" as some of the previous books, I enjoyed this one overall. The pictures we...

Pete the Cat is too cool! Pete the Cat books are great for young readers because they are simple to read and have songs to accompany them. Students will love watching the Rocking in My School Shoes cartoon and singing along to the music. Students could also create their own school shoes, this will e...

Pete the Cat: Rocking in My School Shoes written by Eric Litwin is one of the many books in the Pete the Cat collection. In this novel, Pete discovers the library, the lunch room, the playground, and lots of other cool places at school. And no matter where he goes, Pete never stops moving and groovi...

Singing through his challenges, everything is going to be okay! The leveling system is The Lexile, reading level 480. The class can come up with a positive s...
