Dr. Barrell obtained his Ph.D. in experimental psychology at the University of California at Davis. He has taught at University of Florida and was a tenured full professor at University of West Georgia. His other affiliations include the Medical College of Virginia, National Institutes of Health and Stanford Research Institute International. He has researched human emotions for over 30 years and has published numerous articles and books as well as given many presentations at conferences related to the unique discovery of possible laws of human emotions. Currently, Dr. Barrell continues his research, conducts workshops, and consults for business and sports organizations.
