James Steen is an award-winning journalist, food writer, author and ghost-writer/collaborator.His latest book is The Kitchen Magpie, to be published in the US in September 2014.Steen's fascination for the cook is as deep as his interest in food and cooking. He collaborates with well-known chefs and has been described as 'The Chefs' Ghost'.He is co-author of the autobiography of Marco Pierre White, The Devil in the Kitchen.
