Fun kids' fact book about Australia. Stupid puns and rhymes get a bit annoying for the more mature reader (me), but I learned some things. For example, an emu cannot take a step back! I can picture myself recounting odd facts like this at parties to uninterested victims.
★★Sunny Sunday Drive By Janine ScottThis was a strange one, about Farmer Claude and Farmer Maude, who are oblivious to anything that happens behind them. Even though the poor animals are battling storms in the back of the truck. However, there are a few weather facts given.
Such a fun story. The rhyming text and colorful pictures keep kids engaged and the twist at the end will have even adults giggling.
