11/2010 - This picture book biography about Jimi Hendrix' childhood was phenomenal. The illustrations fit the era and helped the reader see the music, just as the author contends that Hendrix 'saw' music. Though I'm certainly not 'up' on all the other possible contenders, I'd love to see this book ...
