Jeanette is an avid fantasy and science-fiction fan. She has lived in Australia and Africa. She has practiced medicine, taught theology, accumulated a few degrees and is currently caring for her children, enjoying post-graduate studies in writing at Swinburne University and writing her Akrad Legacy series. She is actively involved in a caring Christian community.She is thrilled to her first story (The Herbalist Daughter) in print as part of the Tied in Pink: romance anthology for Breast cancer research. Inspiring romance stories from 14 different authors around the world, all including a pink ribbon to honor those with breast cancer. The anthology (with all profits to go to breast cancer research) was released the day before her birthday (14 December 2014)
