Nothing is as it seems in this tale of star crossed romance and adult angst. What happens when doing the right thing turns out to be all wrong? The Cowboy Rides Away is a story of missed chances and mending fences. The road to forever is littered with obstacles but the reward is the healing of two ...
Catch Me, Cowboy by Jeannie Watt is an entertaining read. Ms Watt has delivered a well-written book. The characters are lovable and fun to read. Shelby and Ty's story is a second chance romance. There is plenty of drama, humor, action and spice to keep readers turning the pages in this book. I ...
4 starsYes! Another Jeannie Watt book! She is one of my favorite Western romance authors, and I get a little tingle of anticipation whenever I see a new book. While I had a few problems with the hero of The Cowboy Rides Away, I found this an engaging read.Meg Marvell is the middle child, and she ha...
4.25 starsMay Contain SpoilersJeannie Watt is one of my favorite short romance authors. I love her settings, her characters always connect with me, and her writing style is engaging. I was very excited to see she had an entry in the American Extreme Bull Riders series, because she gets cowboys, and ...
4 starsThe twins are back from The Bull Rider Meets His Match, and they give Trace a run for the money. Annie is a likable heroine, working hard to support her girls, when injured bull rider Trace shows up on her doorstep. He's watching her friend's farm, and her brother Gavin asked him to check in...
3.75 stars This wasn't my favorite by Watt. I thought it dragged a bit, and the conflict between Allie and her ex was too forced. The romance was a slow burn, which I did enjoy. The pacing was a little slow, however, or maybe I just didn't find Jason's dismantling of the barn very interesting.
3.5 starsI didn't enjoy The Bull Rider Meets His Match as much as other Watt's books. The twins were the best part of the story, as tough guy Grady stepped in to help his sister after a series of unfortunate events sets her back. Grady moves back home to the property he owns with Annie, and realiz...
I enjoyed this super romance and I gave it a rating of 4.5*. The heroine has commitment issues that she really needs to work on. The hero has other issues that need to be addressed. It's a fairly fast moving story and full of a lot of action, animals, family and romance
4 - 4.5 starsPushed all the right buttons for me. Horse custody battle, cowboy in denial, heroine with serious self image problems. Loved Craig and the ending was PERFECT.
