An exciting, suspenseful beginning to a series about a doggy dystopia. The author seems to be going in the direction of trying to make this into an Animal Farm for middle grade readers. Fans of series like Warriors and Redwall will probably enjoy this one.

Havoc was a fun sequel. It was light and fast. I wasn't completely caught up in it and the fan-stuff was a little over the top sometimes.
