Jeff Swesky is an award-winning author, playwright, and ghostwriter as well as an Amazon bestseller. He specializes in writing dark and subversive literary fiction, where the characters balance a fine line between redemption and destruction.His fiction has been published in the Florida Writers Association collection, "From Our Family to Yours," and the Rogues Gallery Writers collaboration, "Writing is Easy." He also contributed to the Rogues' group novel, "The Method Writers." His first solo collection of fiction, "Fell on Black Days," will be published in print and digitally in the fall of 2014.Jeff is a member of the Florida Writers Association and the Rogues Gallery Writers and has led or co-led various writers groups, critique meetings, and open mic events in efforts to give back to the writing community.Currently, Jeff is wrapping up work on his coming-of-age literary novel, "Such a Dreamer," which explores the seedy escort service industry of South Florida. He's also writing "The Awakening of Kenny Black," a crime noir serial about a retired hitman who turns vigilante to rescue his true love from a gang of deadly kidnappers, only to stumble into a web of lies about his past. With a different subject, I might call this a ‘sweet memoir’ but since the subject is the memoir of a Holocaust survivor, sweet just doesn’t seem to be the appropriate word.
