Jennifer Clark is an Associate Professor of Public Policy at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta and the Director of the Center for Urban Innovation. Dr. Clark's research sits at the intersections of innovation and manufacturing policy. She teaches courses in urban and regional economic development theory, analysis, and practice as well as research design and methods. She earned a PhD in City and Regional Planning from Cornell University and a MPlan in economic development from the Hubert H. Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota. She holds a BA from Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT.
