She culminated a long period of study with a specialization in alternative approaches to the management of stress and emotions, both in the United Kingdom and the United States.With a multicultural background, Jennifer lived and worked in several countries, raising her daughter while collaborating with a number of doctors, researchers and others in the development of her work. Her daughter Tammy Day, a designer and artist, has illustrated all Jennifer's books. Jennifer developed her own methodology - Applied Emotional Mastery® - over the course of a decade.
