Back before JR Ward wrote about vampires, she wrote under a different name... Heroine - head of the family and managing the family pile (which at this point seems to be literally a pile). She has spent the past 10 years taking care of her sister and grandma following the death of the parents. She ...

The Characters: Sean O’BanyonLizzie Bond The Story: Hmmmmm. Sean is a complicated character. Victim of domestic abuse, used to being used by women. Lizzie is basically his angel. She only wants him and he loves her for that. They go through their ups and downs, their miscommunications but in the end...

My review cross-posted from Romance Junkies For Frankie Moorehouse, White Caps is more than just a Bed & Breakfast. It’s her childhood home…and it’s falling to pieces. Frankie’s worked herself to the bone trying to keep her parents’ legacy going, while supporting herself, her sister and her grandm...

This was a good story, but not enough romance for me. Also a bit shorter than I usually like, not enough time for proper character development.

An interesting story that did a good job in the way it addressed some serious issues. I also liked how it realistically dealt with trust in a relationship and how it is influenced by ones past. Business tycoon Sean returns to his childhood home and meets nurse Lizzie.

This makes me wish I read this series in order. Would have helped before going into both Alex and Spike's books since I read them out of order. The set ups and first meetings makes it all the more worthwhile and the payoff would have resonated more for me probably. Really loved seeing the slow build...

2.5 stars First half I kept imagining ways to strangle bitch slap the heroine Frankie in this. Second half, I was just waiting for something more to happen. I was left feeling a little bit bored and a whole lot of underwhelmed by the overall story and pacing. And everything was resolved a little *to...

Le riescono decisamente meglio i fantasy anche se in questo almeno la protagonista é decente così come i dialoghi tra i protagonisti
