I have had this sitting on my TBR pile for about 3 years now; always looking at it but never quite sure whether I really wanted to read it or not.The title made it sound like a bit of a teenage fluffy duffy vampire romance novel. However I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't like that at all. Su...

I'm stressing over the star rating I've given this book. As of right now I'm not entirely sure I won't change it. That being said, I really do like this book. I picked up Jessica's Guide to Dating on the Darkside thinking I was diving into a parody of Twilight. It didn't take long to discover ho...

Un testo davvero squisito. Non leggevo un testo divertente sui vampiri da... Boh. Inizio davvero simpatico, mi ha fatto sorridere la corrispondenza epistolare di Lucius con lo zio, l'amore, il patto, l'attrazione, la gelosia. I wanted to like this book. I did. I liked Lucius in the beginning, but then love triangles and teenage angst. Such denial. Very Twilight. Much New Moon. Late climax. Sudden end. Wow.

It was good towards chapter 10, and I don't know if I'll ever be able to pick it up again and not get bored with it.

This review can also be found here If there is one thing I regret about this book, it's not reading it sooner! This is another book that has been on my shelf since July of 2012 and I am really kicking myself for not getting to it earlier. The whole vampire thing has been done to death but I admit I ...

I added this to my TBR list on a whim, and then found it on a routine library search and placed a hold. When I got the email alert that it was ready to be downloaded, I grabbed it and put it next in my queue.Wow. It's not often that a book I get on a whim, and start reading with my finger poised on ...
