text The writing was pristine, as always, but I didn't dig the characters or the plot.
So. This author has never let me down before. I read this in one sitting. It gripped me and it was very well written and I was drawn into the story. What I didn't like was Adder. I didn't find anything remotely likable about him. Not his finally disclosed sob story, not his character, his coldne...
