Jill Penrod got her writing degree years ago with top honors, writing a novel as her senior project instead of the short stories she'd been assigned, and she's been writing novels ever since. Jill Penrod is a homeschool mom living in a suburb of the middle U.S. with a husband and an assortment of grown and nearly-grown children, most of whom don't know how to do their own dishes. She also lives with a bunch of cats, who are definitely the interesting ones in the family. The rest of the crew loves to watch the cat dramas.Besides writing, she also teaches pottery and 3-D art. She is a Christian, and this shows in her books, whether explicitly inspirational or otherwise. Also, her love for teens, drama, adventure, romance, and fantasy shows up in her books, regardless of what age she's writing for.
