I have a definite girl-crush on Jillian, and I love the way she sets out her tips and tricks in this book. It's so easy to follow, although I have no idea what most of the exercises are that she describes. She also doesn't just focus on diet and exercise, she goes even deeper and tackles the everyda...
The companion book to Jillian's outstanding "Master Your Metabolism" does not disappoint! Jillian serves up page after page of delicious recipes that you do not have to be Rachael Ray to know how to make. She also provides a grocery list of all the items that you will need to purchase so that you do ...
First, I think I should warn you that I am a Jillian Michaels fanatic. I own all of her DVD's and books and was thrilled to attend her "Maximize Your Life" Tour. She is wonderful!I have to admit, when I first started reading this book, I thought that Jillian was going to give the reader nothing but ...

Jillian Michaels is my heroine, probably in more ways than one considering her forthright, confident attitude, and I have quite a bit of respect for her. I've read some of her books in the past in the measure of fitness. But "Unlimited: How to Build an Exceptional Life" isn't so much a guide to fit...
I liked this book and it definitely inspired me to go organic. The diet seems easy enough and fairly intuitive, which is a good thing. Luckily I generally already avoid processed foods and try to get my 5 servings of veggies a day every day and only eat whole grains so it should be pretty easy for m...
Picked this up at the library because she's the woman in one of the TV workouts I've been doing, and I wanted to see what she had to say. Mostly it's a rehash of what Michael Pollan and the other natural food gurus have been saying for the last couple of years with a bunch of detailed information ab...
Expected a bit more from this book; clearly we should all eat as much organic food as possible and limit exposure to chemicals in our environment which are key points in her book. Would love to see Jillian take a more active role in advocating for these issues versus promoting Ziploc and Brita.
Well, this book mostly made my head hurt. She makes a few helpful suggestions such as throwing out everything in your fridge and cabinet that didn't grow in the earth or have a mother (does that mean we can eat people?!) and she tells you to eat 4 small meals, 4 x's a day and not to eat after 9 but...
