Wonderful and quick read about the endurance of three determined women in their respected fields. I know of Jane Goodall's work but was more familiar with Dian Fossey from seeing Michael Apted's Gorillas in the Mist (1988) and didn't know anything about Birute Galdikas. With such a short book and no...

[I received a copy of this book through NetGalley, in exchange for an honest review.]A good general biography of Alan Turing. Not going into many details, as this wouldn't be really convenient in graphic novel form anyway, but comprehensive enough to encompass the most important aspects of his work....

It was ok, a little hit or miss. Some of the more amateur looking stories really bothered me with how low quality the work was. Better than most local history books though and the stories they told were fairly solid.

A comic-book biography of Nobel Prize winning theoretical physicist Richard Feynman?! It's an idea quirky enough to have pleased the man himself, I think. T-Minus is a brief, graphic novel history of the space race. And I did enjoy it, for the most part, but this is not the book to start with if you know little or nothing about the race to the moon. It's obvious that a lot of research and love went into this book. There's some very detailed informatio...

Huge Feynman fans like me won't find much new here- but there's so much worth revisiting that it's well worth picking up. I loved the stories, I loved the recreations, and I frankly loathed the illustrations. This loathing took away no little enjoyment for me, but since it's a book about RPF, well, ...

An interesting portrait of a fascinating character. I enjoyed learning more about Richard Feynman - from his early life to his involvement in the Manhattan Project, Quantum Physics, and the Challenger investigation, and I would recommend this book to anyone interested in Feynman or physics.
