Decent enough book. While each entry is fairly light, the size of the book prevents it from being particularly light reading. I do recommend the book though, as the games they've chosen for the list do fit.

Part travelogue, part survey of gaming. More a collection of articles than a book, there is no solid point to be made. Might be edited into a decent work, but unlikely. Most attractive point is the cover, second most the section on EVE online, which mused a game like this is more like an event, ever...

This book needed a stronger editor. While the reviews claim that you can get into it without being a gamer, I found I only got through big swaths of it by serious skimming and page turning.
