Joan Reeves is a New York Times and a USA Today bestselling author of Contemporary Romance. All of her romance novels have appeared on various bestseller lists. Her print novels have been published in a half dozen languages, and her indie published ebooks are available at most ebook sellers with audio book editions also available. Several of her books are available in French editions through her publisher in France. New print editions of her romance novels will finally be available in 2017.When not writing romance—or nonfiction to share what she has learned—Joan divides her time between a townhouse in Houston and a house in the Texas Hill Country where she and her hero, her husband, attempt to grow wine grapes and fruit trees—all while fighting the hordes of marauding gophers who diligently tunnel 24/7 to defeat their every agricultural effort.Joan tries to live philosophy that is the premise of all of her romance novels: "It's never too late to live happily ever after."EMAIL LISTSign up for WordPlay, Joan's email list/newsletter for Readers (http://eepurl.com/Yk61n) and be the first to hear about new releases, contests, free books, and other swag.FIND JOAN ONLINE:Blog: SlingWords.blogspot.comWebsite: www.JoanReeves.comFacebook: www.Facebook.com/JoanReevesWritesTwitter: www.Twitter.com/JoanReevesYouTube: http://www.youtube.com/user/JoanReevesAuthorPRAISE FROM READERS"...knows her genre inside and out and just how to serve it up with equal measures snappy dialogue, humor and romantic delight. I loved this book and recommend it!" ~ Barbara Taylor Sissel, Harlequin Mira Author "This was a great book!!! ...I couldn't put it down! ...perfect balance of humor and sexy romance. I am hooked!!" ~ Stephaniemc"Delightful, Touching Romance...so many things I love about the way Reeves writes--her characters are well developed, the situations they're put in are compelling and the dialogue is frequently humorous. But it's the underlying emotion that continues to draw me further into every story." ~ Marilyn W., Chicago, IL USA"Perfect Cinderella story...funny, sexy, lighthearted, entertaining...Lots of fun! I will definitely read more books by this author!" ~ Karren LucasReview: Last Christmas. "The passion between Annabelle and Rick is hot and genuine. All she wants now are answers and he won’t or can’t give them to her. I loved the way the plot moved along. As the town’s residents embrace Rick, Annabelle becomes willing to accept the mystery surrounding Rick as well. The alternating points-of-view helps develop both main characters well. However, Ms. Reeves maintains most of Rick’s mysterious air until the end, which keeps the intrigue level high. When Rick’s past catches up with him, tension rises and all bets are off. Last Christmas is a captivating story I enjoyed all the way through. ...I loved the story!" ~ Big Al's Books and Pals.

Gordon bottles up his anger and resentment along with loneliness and pain to the point where his bitterness overshadows everything that has importance in his life. Holly is the optimist that turns his life upside down and pulls him kicking and screaming into the...

This is the first book in the Christmas On Main Street Set. I really enjoyed this except for a little too much reference to sex. It was pretty fast moving and easy to like the main characters. A nice Christmas read. I've rated it a 4.5*.
