Joanna has been writing non fiction books for over 25 years but novels have become her current passion.Well known in the craft field for pressed flowers and papercrafts, Joanna has worked with Create and Craft/Ideal World TV and travels the world seeking inspiration for both craft ideas and plots for her novels. "Danger's Last Resort" started life as a pad full of notes when she visited Barbados as she fell in love with both the people and the island.Detective fiction is one of her favourite genres, particularly the traditional British cosy style and the Swaddlecombe Mysteries give plenty of scope for light hearted, country-style intrigue! She has written the Swaddlecombe series with long time friend Julia Wherrell.There are so many ideas and notes filling her desk drawers, we are assured of many more titles to come. Based in the West Country Joanna likes nothing better than gazing over the beautiful British countryside and dreaming up more characters for her next book.
