Joel Bresler grew to full height (such as it is) in the suburbs of Cleveland. He developed a nearly pathological fascination for plays-on-words while still in plastic pants, which he has never outgrown. The fascination for plays-on-words, we mean. He is the author of "Sunderwynde Revisited", a humorous novel set in Cleveland. For a humor writer, setting a story in Cleveland is a little like cheating; but no matter. His earlier book, "Letters to be Read in a Heavily British Accent" was an award-winning finalist for both the USA Book News and Indie Book Awards, in the Humor category. His latest novel, Sunderwynde Revisited, Again involves the protagonist of Sunderwynde Revisited in a new series of adventures. Or misadventures, as the case may be! When not writing funny things, Joel provides specialized consulting services to the healthcare industry by day, bangs on guitars most nights and weekends and makes a concerted effort to flow his chi at every opportunity. He is usually kind to children and small animals, but don't hold him to this.
