John L. Crassidis, Ph.D., is a Professor of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at the University at Buffalo (UB), State University of New York, and is the Associate Director of UB's Center for Multisource Information Fusion. He held prior academic appointments at Texas A&M University and The Catholic University of America. In addition, he was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, where he worked on attitude determination and control schemes for numerous spacecraft missions.
