In addition, through universities and professional associations he has taught thousands of energy users the techniques of understanding and implementing energy cost and usage reduction methods.The users of his energy cost reduction knowledge include many diverse companies – both profit and not-for-profit. These entities utilize his expertise because of his knowledge of the energy industry, the areas of federal and state regulations, and his energy negotiation abilities. Studebaker Energy Consulting, LLC assists clients in reducing their energy costs along with improving their environmental footprint – sustainability, green strategies, wind and solar processes.He is a member of the Institute of Industrial Engineers, Society of Automotive Engineers, the Association of Energy Engineers, and is a certified Plant Engineer.
