John Randolph Fuller is a professor of criminology and sociology at the State University of West Georgia in Carrollton, GA. From 1968-1969 Dr. Fuller served as a medic and X-ray technician at the 12th Evacuation Hospital in Cu Chi, South Vietnam. After discharge from the Army and finishing college, he worked as a probation and parole officer and a criminal justice planner in south Florida.Dr. Fuller has earned a Bachelor of University Studies from the University of New Mexico and a Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy from Florida State University. He has been teaching at the State University of West Georgia for 30 years.
