Dr. John Rutledge is Chairman of Rutledge Capital, a visiting professor at the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Chief Advisor for Finance and Investment to the Governor of the Haidian District in Beijing. He is on the Board of PCG Asset Management and on the Advisory Board of First Q Capital. He was one of the principal architects of the Reagan economic plan in 1980-81 and has advised government officials in the United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, China, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.When not traveling the globe, Dr. Rutledge appears weekly on Fox News' Forbes on Fox and has been a frequent guest on CNBC, CNN and PBS. Dr. Rutledge is the co-author of two books and has published hundreds of articles. He divides his time between New York, Newport Beach, Maui and Beijing.
