Awwww...I love this one! It's from Jacob's POV, which, since the majority of the series is from Vic's, you don't get the "feel" for Jacob as well (and trust, you want to feel...kekekeke!)Jacob has to go to a New Years party w/o Vic and it's just not that fun for him. A cute little glimpse into Jacob and Vic's life together. Too bad Vic had to work. The ending was sweet as they were together for the New Years.

Nice short read from Jacob's POV. We get to know him a bit more and what bothers him in and out of his relationship.

And I loved seeing him missing Vic and the various things throughout the evening that reminded him...

I liked that the story picked up bits from Inside Out and showed that Jacob has friends outside work. The romantic moment when Vic ran home to give Jacob a New Year kiss was very...

It's always a treat to get Jacobs point of view. Plus, Vic getting something right for once - so sweet!
