Jory John is an author, editor, journalist and cartoonist, living in the San Francisco Bay Area. In addition to the books listed below, Jory has written for the New York Times, the San Francisco Chronicle, BuzzFeed, the Believer, McSweeney's Internet Tendency and The Rumpus, among many other publications. His comic panel, "Open Letters," appears in a dozen weekly newspapers across the country. For more than five years, Jory worked as the programs director at 826 Valencia, a nonprofit writing center in San Francisco's Mission District, founded by Dave Eggers. Find Jory on Twitter @joryjohn.
