My professional experience has been and continues to be deploying initiatives for business performance & growth for our clients, by customizing and combining Innovation, VOC, Lean and Six Sigma approaches, focused on specific business issues and needs. My current efforts are in Voice of the Customer work, Design for Six Sigma, Quality by Design and Lean Six Sigma consulting. My specialties are in industries that have assembled products, medical devices, electronics, aerospace opto-electronics and defense products. In particular, I specialize in Design For Six Sigma (DFSS) from Voice of the Customer, through QFD to Critical Parameter Management.
