A lifelong reader and sometime writer of short stories and poems, Joseph Talluto has read nearly every genre existing. Exploring several career options, he chose teaching and after spending ten years as an educator and administrator, he has written his first series, White Flag of the Dead. The independently published first work was picked up by Severed Press, which now will include 11 books in the series. The original series, White flag of the Dead, chronicles the attempt by John Talon to come to terms with the rise of the dead and the destruction of the world as he knew it. Generation Dead, a series about the children who grew up in the Upheaval, continues the White Flag of the Dead world. The Zombie Wars, fills in the gap where John and the crew set out to try and rid the country of the threat of the zombies.
