I live in Albuquerque, NM with my wife and our two daughters. I the Co-Founder and CEO of M Power Learning Group, llc, where I am working diligently to educate and empower families to embrace abundance in their financial lives as God intended. I am also the President of EQui T Solutions Group, llc, a real estate investment and sales company. Since 1996, I've worked in banking, the mortgage industry, and real estate investment as well as sales as a Realtor ® with Keller Williams Realty. I am passionate about helping people create wealth and live fruitfully in God's Kingdom.I am a serial entrepreneur owning a mortgage company, graphic design company, real estate investment company, and now M Power Learning Group, LLC with my partner and long time friend David Libby.I am currently working on several real estate deals to renovate some distressed homes in Albuquerque. I have worked with partners and alone. Ultimately, the goal is capital gain in order to set up long term cash flow and residual income. You'll learn more about that in my books if you don't already know what it means. In 2007, my pastor at church asked me to create a stewardship training program for the church members. After a lot of hesitation I agreed to put the program together. That led me to my first book, Consider the Ant: 3 Keys to Biblical Prosperity. Today, we have 9 books and a 9 part DVD series teaching on the importance of successful money management and God's view of money. Shortly after releasing Consider the Ant, a gentleman asked me how much money I had. I laughed and said I had a few thousand dollars. In a critical kind of way, he sneered, "Oh, I see. So you're one of those guys who writes a book teaching about money in order to make money." I responded with a short remark about my financial struggles coming through the mortgage market crisis that took my life's savings, my home, and my pride. Then I simply shared, "I teach from a position of weakness to strength, rather than strength to strength." I have not 'arrived' and am on the journey with all my friends and readers.I always get a kick out of the responses I hear from my readers. They are amazed at how easy our books are to read. They love the scripture references and real life examples we share. We're blessed to have a great fan base that is growing. We hope to leave a lasting legacy when we are called home.I hope you absolutely love my work, and you incorporate the principles into your life to make lasting change. Will you write to me and share what you are learning and how you are embracing abundance in your life? It will be my pleasure to hear from you!
