He originates, structures, and advises on M&A, corporate finance, and capital markets transactions. Josh is also a frequent speaker on corporate finance, capital markets and investment banking, providing unique and timely insight on sector trends, valuation and outlook. Previously, he worked at UBS Investment Bank and the International Finance Corporation, the direct investment division of the World Bank.
