2.5 starsRecommended for fans of the Envy Chronicles. All others, skip this. I thought this was full of too many convenient circumstances that allowed the H/h to escape the bad guys, and that took away from my enjoyment of this very short novella. I still enjoyed the world-building and the settin...
2.5 starsI loved the premise of Beyond the Night, and was enthralled for the first quarter of the book. Then the focus shifted to the romance between Elliott and Jade, and I just wasn't feeling it. Elliott transforms into Alpha-idiot - out of nowhere, because he showed no tendencies to be anything...
This was a fun, short read set in this series. I enjoyed some of the cameos (whether in person or name being mentioned) in this one. My big takeaway was finding out there are more Envy books planned. Not sure if they will be self-published/small press. So, here's to hoping that happens!
This one was a let down. Both the story and the main couple were disappointing. For the final book, I expected more and sure as hell didn't get it. I get that Wyatt lost his family. That doesn't give him an excuse to be an asshole. I didn't like how he treated Remy. He was slightly better by t...

I have been anxiously awaiting to see what would happen wit...
3.5 StarsI'll be honest. I didn't really want this book. I didn't like the idea of Remy with Wyatt, and frankly, I wasn't ready for him to move on from his wife and kids. I started grumbling about it when I saw the writing on the wall in the last book. But while I did have some problems with the...
