I will confess that I have gotten into watching Teen Titans Go! on Cartoon Network, and I really like the character of Beast Boy. I decided to give these graphic novels a spin and this is the first one I grabbed. My Observations:Beast Boy on the cartoon is a lot more wacky than in the book. He looks...
Never tell a hardcore DC fan that you think the Flash rogues gallery is a bit of a joke. Or rather, maybe you should, because then they might loan you this book. The Flash's Rogues are all working together, and that means a world of hurt for Wally West. But they are only one half of the "crossfire...
Entertaining, especially because it features Beast Boy, but a bit shallow.
Land of the Dead wraps up most of the plot threads Rucka had lying about. It's a very satisfying conclusion, though there was still space to play with. I think Rucka's really had a good feel for Wonder Woman throughout his run. She seems to be a tough lady to write for.

Spectre, now rudderless, gets manipulated into turning his vengeance against every magic user in existence, however they use their abilities. There could potentially be drastic implications for every magic user in the DCU. It's...

The complete post is here: [http://gypsylibrarian.blogspot.com/2007/06/short-booknotes-on-graphic-novels-14.html]"This volume features two stories, an...
