3.75 starsThere were some things that weren't consistent, but I really enjoyed the characters. The romance wasn't "traditional", but in context I can understand why Aaron chooses not to be out and proud.
I hesitated between three and four stars on this one. I enjoyed it, and I really enjoyed the way the author handled some very heavy issues. But in the end, I just didn't connect as well to the characters as I did with the first book. Maybe I was just thrown by the unexpected first person perspective...
