And I love that she even had this story take place in the late 80's to account for the ugly jeans and bad mushroom haircut in the picture. Attention to detail! I wasn't sure about how the story started...
I very much liked this story.It was a rather short, but sweet one, about two boys/young men who met in the 80ies in rural Iowa and against all odds make it together.Very enjoyable read!
Such a beautiful story! Just the opening paragraph is so thoughtful and moving. I loved it!Highly recommended
