I'm a Duke University Cultural Studies scholar (appointments in English, AfAm Studies and the Law School), and an HBCU (Talladega) and Michigan State (GS) Alum. My scholarly work in literature, bioethics and law focuses on the intersections of race and gender. I am a politics dilettante and have a fascination with #SkyBling.
