I finished this last night, and I elected to wait a bit to ponder the reviews. It has...issues. Oh, if you've never read any of the author's *other* books, then only one issue raises its ugly head. Of course, then some things don't make sense, but hey; this is a whole new series so you shouldn't h...
More of a 3.5 actually. There were some...paper cuts, like after he (who valued HIS privacy and put spells on his door to keep her out) barged in - ok, teleported - to her room and truthspelled her. She had the intention of leaving but it was half-hearted at best. He did apologize but still... Sin...
three and a quarter. It was better than the first of the series - the only kid was an orphan and he wasn't that annoying.Ok. Normally, an author's using any sort of trickery to get the h married to the H without her knowledge is grounds for a whole lot of ranting. However, that "paper cut" was a ...
Ok, more of a 3.5 actually. Both the H and the h have issues with being controlled by others - she's a weak djinni, and he was a sickly child who was kidnapped at age 5. So he, brilliant scientist that he is, has come up with a talisman that negates djinn ma at. She has decided she wants a baby a...

Well guess I'm in the minority on this one but I liked it. Then again I do have a computer degree though I admit that the whole crazy virus thing was waaaay over my head but I understood the concept so not so understandable. I liked the fact that Grace and Adam needed each other to untangle this me...
Zayne, a Djinni, the minstrel for his people, but of late his song has been wreaking discord among his people, and his music needs to restore balance to his world. But then he starts feeling the yearning of his mate, one who is living on Earth, and knowing that she can restore balance and be his oth...
The covers make this series look cheesy, but it's actually really good and really entertaining. Djinni invade New Orleans and fall in lurv with humanz!
This book was totally wimpy. The guy is rigid and the girl was a flake. I really like Nance's newest book Phoenix Unrisen, but all the others have been a bust.
