I am former junk food junkie turned real food enthusiast! After switching to a real food way of eating, I've found relief from a painful and debilitating autoimmune disease that has plagued me since the age of four. I was also able to triumph over infertility after being told I had no hope. In creating this book, I teamed up with my chef husband to create food that rival the flavors found in upscale restaurants and to teach others how to prepare these meals using only pure, healing ingredients. We also worked incredibly hard to explain the instructions in a way that even the most inexperienced home cook will find un-intimidating.
