Keith has been the pastor of small, large and mega churches (was Senior Pastor at three Evangelical Free Churches, and was Executive Pastor of Church of the Open Door for 17 years) and now writes, speaks, teaches, leads retreats, coaches pastors and leaders and consults. He has also consulted for various church and para-church organizations for over 30 years and currently specializes in coaching pastors and leaders in their own Soul Care and Spiritual Formation as well as in designing organizational cultures of churches, their staff and lay leadership teams and congregations to become Missional Communities of Transformation.
