Maybe I just wasn't in the mood for a complicated spy-thriller when I read Twice a Spy, but I really didn't get into this convoluted story about a man and his father trying to stay a few steps ahead of their certain death long enough to find evidence of their innocence. Action packed describes it; really kept me reading. Not side-splittingly funny, but certainly some smiles at some dry dark humor. I'll definitely be reading his second in the series (of course it's "Twice a Spy!").
