The recipes seemed interesting and worth a try. What I loved: different sections for all types of bread, entrees, desserts, and sauces. Each recipe was intriguing and had me thinking of trying them.
If you like crusty breads, this is the book for you! I can't part with this book because the apple-carrot muffin recipe is one of my all-time favorites.
