Ray realizes how much he's screwed up, when Ninjak comes to save him with some snappy one-liners, and a sword. Still not sure what Ray's doing in the future, but I'm willing to let that story play out; I trust Lemire, and I trust this bit of storytelling in particular.
It doesn't help that I don't really like Artemis, but I found her backstory surprisingly compelling. Color me surprised. Lobdell is just knocking it out of the park and he usually doesn't for me, so I'm very happy with this series.
I'm not sure about this crossover event: I know how it's going to end in some ways, it's been done before, and I'm not sure I'm crazy about how it ends. That being said, my main problem was there was a lot of setup. There were a couple good twists, and a lot of nefarious planning - but it was...
Full review at my site. Some of Marvel's best characters come together to solve the universe's biggest problems. But sometimes, fixing things have serious consequences, and not everyone will agree with what you do.
It's a group of people helping Galactus. This isn't going to end well. I also was just like, alright, when are the exciting things going to happen now. I might continue with another issue to see if it gets better, but if it doesn't, I'll drop this series. Not too hard since this was yet anot...
Velocity – along with rest of Cyberforce – are infected with a killer virus by Erasmus Pane. Velocity escapes and goes to Hunter-Killer for help. She then races to save the others and herself. There's another story as well. Whose great idea was to put yellow print on a green background? This is ...
This is a story each about the six - yes, six - new Avengers series coming out. I'm only into two, which I've subscribed to already, but I figured that this had Vision on the cover. Vision! And quite frankly, Uncanny Inhumans, as a bridge between Inhumans and Uncanny, was pretty important. It...
Theme of brain over brawn done before, but also used well here. Such a shame that the plotting and structure is all over the place. Pointless inclusion of Diana and Orion.
Collects Red Hood and the Outlaws #8-14. I enjoyed this one! I'm kind of shocked because admittedly Starfire is a character I pretty much hated before The New 52. The story in this volume was primarily a space adventure, and when they got back to earth a guest appearance by Superman.
