This was a freebie. It is a tie-in to a History Channel series, and it is interactive. I'm not sure how good the interactive videos were because my kindle doesn't support them. Still, the volume had a nice use of charts. Part of Summer Civil War reading.

Meh. I just wasn't feeling it with this book. It doesn't seem as compelling as some of his other novels (Dreamland, Paradise Alley). It kept jumping back and forth, making it hard to following, especially with so many characters to keep track of.
