Kevin Patton has worked as an anatomy & physiology (A&P) professor for several decades, having taught at high school, community college, and university levels. Kevin writes A&P textbooks, ancillaries, and reference works. He is a President Emeritus of the Human Anatomy and Physiology Society (HAPS) and was the founding director of HAPS Institute, a continuing education program for A&P professors. Dr. Patton currently teaches undergrad A&P and mentors/trains A&P professors in a graduate program. Kevin publishes several blogs and websites related to teaching and learning. And in his youth, Patton was a wild animal trainer, befriending many lions, tigers, leopards, and more.
