Kim Haase is a writer at Oracle, where she has been documenting the Java EE platform for many years, focusing on the Java Message Service (JMS), JavaServer Faces technology (JSF), Contexts and Dependency Injection for Java EE (CDI), and other APIs. She has also been documenting the Java DB database, Oracle's release of Apache Derby, the Apache Software Foundation's (ASF) open source relational database project. She now documents cloud services. She lives in Arlington, Massachusetts, and travels to London for theatre as often as possible.
