I was thrilled when I heard this series was to live on through a new publisher! KNIT TO KILL is the first book in the Black Sheep & Company Mysteries, but a continuation of the Black Sheep Knitting Mysteries, which makes this the ninth book with these characters. It always amazes me when an author...

All that was missing from the end was the killer saying "I would have gotten away with it if it weren't for you meddling kids!"I was hooked, no pun intended, right up until The end. I like the characters and I liked the setting of the knitting shop and Colorado. I was tempted to put the book down an...

I am once again reminded that I really don't like detective stories much. I really liked this book (as the rating shows), but it was blatantly obvious to me that I read it in spite of the mystery involved, and not because of it. Of course it didn't help that I found the mystery - and especially the ...

I just don't understand these spunky girls who get involved in solving murders. If I thought someone was a murderer, the last thing I would do is go to their secluded ranch to confront them. Yet, this is exactly what these girls do in mystery after mystery. Who are they ? Fortunately, this one is sm...

A mystery series about knitting seemed right up my alley and I was pretty excited about it, but I quit reading due to poor writing. I almost never put a book down without finishing the whole thing. After I put Knit One, Kill Two down I kind of wondered how it even got published. Now, I wasn't expect...

Very predictable, but still a fun read. Kind of like a guilty pleasure.

Pure fluff, but I didn't expect much so it was still a fun read. The only thing that bothered was the pace that Kelly learned to knit and with plans to jump right in on a big project. It was enjoyable though and I'll check out the rest of the series.

This is the 1st in a cozy mystery series set around knitting. Kelly is returning to CO from DC for her aunt's murder. Kelly is the last person in her family after the death of her aunt. As she settles her Aunt's estate she doesn't believe the police have the right killer so she investigates. In ...

I tried this book not knowing anything about the author or the series. The back description sounded good so I went with it. I rather enjoyed the book myself. Kelly is funny at times and has a unique wit about her. I am looking forward to reading the next book in this series. Who knows she migh...
