I really enjoyed this book and each of the women's stories. I wanted to give it one more half star but don't know how!
This book is supposed to be about the thread that binds all women, after two chapters, I didn't feel that thread to any of the characters, nor did I feel that any of the characters were likable...so I didn't pursue further.

I really enjoyed this book to begin with, but then lost interest.
It took me until COnnie was in NY with her daughter to get into the book, but then the story took off for me, and I loved it. I really loved how she brought out the issues for women even into days society. Great book.
