I would use this book in a small group guided reading session in grades K-2. The book give different words the have sounds and letters that match the beginning sounds of the alphabet. We would complete an activity on discovering words that line up with each letter of the alphabet.

Very cute, inventive, funny ABC book with great illustrations - lots of details to pore over. Also inspires extended conversation about the various occupations featured within.
Wonderful alphabet picture book, with a large letter on each page surrounded by clever (and cute!) little peas engaging in activities that start with that letter. Not your run of the mill alphabet book, little ones (and those reading to them) will love spying out the peas scattered around the pages ...
