Lady Audley has a mysterious past and this is all about how she's willing to keep it from coming out. It's an interesting read and I really did enjoy how George Talboys uncovers the evidence. I've read my fill of mystery/suspense stories and I must say that this was one of the better ones, in my opinion. Although it was published in the mid 1800's, the story line still felt fresh.
