A pesar de la melancolía que persigue a los personajes, la historia es entretenida y dulce. Todo ocurre un poco demasiado rápido y no tiene tanto humor como otras narraciones de Julia Quinn, sin embargo se disfruta.

Once again I loved the novellas by Hawkins and Quinn but didn't care for the other two.

Really cute concept for a book and I don't mean that sarcastically. I didn't read the first Whistledown (as it was not as the used book store) but apparently it didn't matter as it was a stand alone book. What a great story! I laughed and cried many times! Such wonderful writing and really engaging characters!! I love this authors work!!I liked the interlocking stories!I am currently on a Regency kick and this one was terrific!!
